Immune Booster Recipe

This is a quick and easy drink for anytime but especially during the winter months. With simple ingredients, taken daily, enjoy this warm drink and boost immunity at the same time. Enjoy!

To hot water add

teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

a little black pepper

lemon juice

fresh ginger

sprig of fresh rosemary

honey to taste
