At Wellbeing Wave we want our cancellation policy to be simple, clear, fair for all and available prior to any booking being made.
More than 48 hours prior to session
Don’t worry If you are unable to attend. Use the Reschedule button, pick another Gong Meditation session and your booking and payment will be transferred. You won’t lose out and someone waiting for a space will have time to book. No refunds can be issued.
48 Hours or less prior to session
We hope you understand that with such short notice it is often difficult to fill your booking .With 48 or less notice, if you do not arrive or arrive after the session has started, unfortunately your session cannot be rescheduled and no refunds can be issued.
Rescheduling
Gong Meditation events can be rescheduled for like to like sessions ie Frodsham for another Frodsham event, Tarporley for another Tarporley session and Stockton Heath for a Stockton Heath Session

In the unlikely event we have to cancel a Gong Meditation session, you will be given the option of a full refund or transferring your booking and payment to another event.
Third Party Bookings
If you have booked a Gong Meditation hosted by another studio and booked through their own online booking system, please refer to the cancellation policy of that studio
These are a non refundable event
However in the event that Govt COVID guidelines prevent us gathering, your booking will be honoured and transferred to another full moon ceremony in 2021. Please be sure you can attend and are happy with this policy before you book

NON Refundable session
These sessions are weather dependant and offered at very short notice. Therefore your booking cannot be cancelled and is non refundable as with short notice it is difficult to fill your place. Please be sure you can attend before you book.
Cancellation by Wellbeing Wave
In the event that weather on the day prevents the session going ahead and Wellbeing Wave cancels the event, your booking will be honoured and transferred to the next available session. If you cannot attend that date your booking will be saved for a future outdoor session for you to use
Workshop tickets are non refundable. Many of our venues, products supplied and service providers are secured on confirmation of your booking. Please be sure you are able to attend prior to your booking.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop, you will be given the option of a full refund or transferring your booking and payment to another event.
As a potential coaching client, a contract including full terms and conditions including our cancellation policy will be sent for you to read and sign prior to engaging in any services.
